
As One of the most influential players in American Sports History, fans have been wondering when a Kobe Bryant’s Statue would be honored, especially after the tragic in 2020.
Additionally, there have been rumors of a ceremony in 2024. Although the ceremony isn’t confirmed, the Lakers has announced their plans to unveil a bronze statue for the five-times champion outside of Crypto Arena on February 8th, 2024.
To honor the 20-years Lakers, the Lakers announced the news at 8:24 a.m. PT on 8/24, wknown as the “Mamba Day.”

On his retirement ceremony and his recent induction to the basketball HOF, former Lakers legend Pau Gasol got emotional when talking about his former teammate Kobe Bryant. He thanked Kobe for taking his career to another level and payed tribute to his brother-like teammate Kobe Bryant.
To this day, Pau Gasol still remains close with Vanessa Bryant and Kobe’s daughters, so it is certain that Pau and the Kobe’s family would be there for Kobe at the Statue ceremony.
